How can I track my order?  

  • Our team will send you an email notification as soon as your item ships along with a tracking number when it becomes available.
  • Orders containing multiple items may have separate tracking information. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each item.
  • You will be able to click the tracking number to check the status of your package(s) or use the tracking tool page on our site.
  • Healthy Blendz can not guarantee a specific shipping date so if you are ordering as a gift, we suggest ordering in advance.

      What is your return policy?

      • We strongly stand behind all of our products.  Please see refunds and exchanges page for specific details.

      I didn't get all of my items.

      • No worries!  Items will ship separately at no additional cost.  You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped.  All items ordered can deliver on different days from one another.  

      Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

      • If you need to make a change to your order, please email us at and we will do our best to assist. If your order has not shipped yet, it should not be a problem to make changes.

      Can I pay in my own currency?

      • All of our prices on our website will checkout in USD.  If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card processes the transaction.  You can shop with your countries currency with the converter located on the top of the website homepage.
