Policies

Change / Order Cancellation Policy:

  • Request of color, address changes, or more must be done within six hours of order confirmation.
  • Cancellation of orders are honored within one hour of the transaction taking place.
 

We will replace your item if it falls into one of these categories:

  • The item has a manufacturing problem/defective
  • The Item did not make it to delivery address

    We need a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order to request a replacement.  Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons. We will issue a reorder.  Refunds will only be given when items are returned to us.

     

    Returns and Exchanges:

    • If you'd like to return your item(s), you may do so within 30 days of delivery as long as it adheres to our returns policy. Please see returns page.
    • The customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, and in the original packaging.  We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.  
    • At this time we are unable to offer exchanges.  You may return your item and repurchase the correct, color, or style.
    • Refunds will be processed within approximately 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
     

    Lost in Transit/USPS:

    • Healthy Blendz is happy to send you a replacement in case your order was lost in transit or has not been delivered by the courier.  Replacements are also sent via regular shipping.
     

    Discounts cannot be combined.  

    • One discount per customer.  Only one discount code will work at a time.
